You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on BGNL Panel.

You must be resident in Nigeria or hold a valid Nigerian identity document if registering as a panelist. Researchers may be based outside Nigeria but must hold a valid payment method accepted by Paystack.

You may not create more than one account per person. Duplicate accounts will be suspended.

As a researcher, you can create surveys, set quotas, fund credit pools, and access response data through your account dashboard.

You are responsible for the content of your surveys. You may not design surveys to collect sensitive personal data (health records, financial credentials, passwords) without express written consent from respondents and prior approval from BGNL Panel.

Survey content must not be deceptive, harmful, discriminatory, or in violation of Nigerian law. We reserve the right to review and remove surveys that breach these standards without notice.

Response data is made available for your own research purposes. You may not sell, license, or redistribute raw response data to third parties.

As a panelist, you agree to answer surveys honestly. Submitting random, patterned, or clearly dishonest responses will result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending credits.

You must complete the KYC (identity verification) process before your account is activated for survey participation. You may only register one panelist account.

Taking surveys on behalf of another person, or using automated tools or bots to complete surveys, is strictly prohibited and grounds for permanent suspension.

Credits are a platform-specific unit used to reward panelists for completed surveys. One credit is equivalent to one Naira (₦1) for withdrawal purposes, unless stated otherwise.

Researchers fund credit pools via Paystack. Credits deducted for completed responses are non-refundable once a response has been verified and marked complete. Unspent credits when a survey closes are returned to the researcher's account balance.

Panelists may request withdrawal of their credit balance subject to a minimum of ₦1,000. Withdrawals are processed through Paystack to a Nigerian bank account. BGNL Panel is not responsible for delays caused by Paystack or the receiving bank.

We reserve the right to withhold credits pending fraud review. Credits that were earned through rule violations will be cancelled without compensation.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

We are not liable for loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from downtime, data errors, or service interruptions.

We may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or behaviour that harms other users or the integrity of the platform. We will attempt to notify you before suspension, except where the breach is severe or where notification would compromise an ongoing investigation.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Pending credits in your account will be paid out if they meet the minimum withdrawal threshold. Data associated with completed surveys will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

BGNL Panel owns the platform software, design, and branding. You retain ownership of the survey content you create and the responses you submit.

By using the platform, you grant BGNL Panel a limited licence to process, store, and display your content to the extent necessary to operate the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, BGNL Panel's liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you via email or in-app notification. Continued use of BGNL Panel after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Lagos State, unless both parties agree to an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
